The Borough is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a lender/financial institution that can satisfy and refinance the Borough’s existing General Obligation Notes/Bonds. The awarded proposal will guide the Borough in potentially satisfying some existing debt, and refinancing the remaining balance(s).
The Borough is requesting that each respondent competitively bid its services. This RFP will define the scope of the work to be performed, the most beneficial scenarios for the Borough, and a schedule/time table based on submitted data. The Borough does reserve the right to modify and/or cancel this solicitation at any time during the RFP process.
