The Borough of Dunmore hereby agrees to temporarily waive zoning ordinances to allow restaurants and eateries within the Borough to provide for outside seating with the following conditions:
1. Seating shall be allowed only within the property limits.
2. Outdoor eating area shall close by 10:00 p.m.
3. Owner must provide a barrier to enclose the seating area which must be at least 32 Inches from the curb for ADA compliance.
4. Seating shall comply with state issued social distancing rules.
5. No entertainment shall be provided.
6. Establishments providing for alcoholic beverages shall comply with PLCB regulations.
7. Owners shall sign the attached Hold Harmless Agreement.
